Understanding Cerebral Palsy
Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a group of disorders affecting movement, posture, and muscle tone caused by brain damage before, during, or shortly after birth. At JCDC, we provide comprehensive therapy for children with CP including occupational therapy for daily living skills and fine motor development, speech therapy for communication difficulties, and developmental support. Our goal is to help each child achieve maximum independence and participate fully in daily activities.
